We had a very slow and leisurely start to the day….hung out around the house and played with Shania until it was time for the year old Miss Social butterfly to go to a party.

Dad took us out to Gadong as Joseph had to go to the ahem software shop (hehe…that means the shop that sells pirated software…amazingly enough…he only bought 1!!) The rest of us went to The Mall which is a pretty big shopping centre which is very much like Chadstone. To Jeromel’s delight…there was heaps and heaps of Ben 10 stuff and I bought him a lunch bag and a Ben10 shirt. To our surprise, we bumped into my nephew Edward and niece Yvonne who were there with some friends doing a yoyo performance on centre stage. It was a fabulous performance and Jeromel got a fabulous yoyo from Edward too. We only had a very short time there and I didn’t make it to the scrapping shop there…must go there before I leave as they placed an order for some Crop for Kids embellishments. Not long after we arrived home, Jen, Jeff and their gorgeous baby Javier came over to visit for a short while. For dinner, we went out to have Soto which is a beef noodle soup. Sooo delish!!! On the way home, we stopped off at the night market to get some fruits and managed to get some of my favourite Tarap which is similar to a jackfruit, some bananas, star fruit and mangosteen. However, we didn’t eat any when we got home as we were all very very full from dinner.

Photo of Jordan’s purchase at the Tamu (night market) – the most amazingly coloured marble cake. I seriously have not seen marble cake this brightly or elaborately coloured before….but it tasted absolutely delish!!
